A platform that couldn't keep pace with the brand

Vyta Health is a UK-based, family-owned business founded in 2009 - passionate about empowering customers to lead healthier, more vibrant lives. Specialising in premium vitamins and supplements sourced from trusted US manufacturers, the brand had built a loyal following across the UK and Europe. But as international ambitions grew, the platform wasn't keeping up. Managing two markets had become a manual, fragile process. Changes that should take hours were taking days. The team was spending time on maintenance rather than growth - and without the right architecture underneath, every step forward required disproportionate effort.

UK Shopify Plus store — built and  launched
A full Shopify Plus primary storefront for the UK market - developed  against a detailed specification, tested across all target devices and  browsers, and launched on schedule in December 2025.

EU extension store — live simultaneously
A Shopify Markets extension store for EU trading, sharing product and  content infrastructure with the UK store while supporting independent pricing, currency, and localisation. Both storefronts went live on the same day.

Klaviyo integrated, email flows activated
With Klaviyo connected properly from launch, Vyta Health could execute  abandoned basket, post-purchase and retention flows from day one — turning a  capability gap into an immediate commercial asset.

Full QA, UAT support and hypercare
Regression and smoke testing across all target devices and browsers. UAT  support for the Vyta Health team. A dedicated post-launch hypercare window to  ensure stability from the moment the sites went live.

Technical debt cleared, clean migration
The migration was executed cleanly. The new platform was built to be  maintained, extended and scaled - not just delivered and handed over.  Post-launch, recurring issues were eliminated and the team had a foundation they could build on  with confidence.
