Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Design and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and perform database-related troubleshooting.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs, and work with Entity Framework & LINQ for efficient data access.
• Debug, analyze, and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth performance and stability.
• Handle product support tasks, including troubleshooting user-reported issues, analyzing logs/exceptions, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams for fixes.
• Assist with deployment activities, environment troubleshooting, and ensure timely communication and documentation (RCA, impact analysis).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features while maintaining product reliability and user satisfaction.
  
  Required Skills
  
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience OR relevant internships/projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC & Web API
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework & LINQ
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle both development tasks and support activities efficiently
• Good communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and users
