Background
The Foschini Group Limited (TFG) is the parent company of TFG London which runs a diverse portfolio of 29 retail brands globally and whose vision is to create remarkable omni-channel experiences for their customers. TFG London entered the UK market with the acquisition of the Phase Eight brand and have now added Whistles, Hobbs and Damsel in a Dress to their premium portfolio and now Inside Story.
Inside Story is a home wear site which includes luxury bedding, home fragrance and accessories website. Premium products are carefully curated to embolden colours, creativity with sustainability at the core.
The Commerce Team Global were approached to develop Inside Story a new site and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud in late 2022.
This was a new category vertical for TFG London covering home wear products and the brief was to have this completed within 3 months. Although the time frame would be a challenge to many, due to the flexible and agile working of our team, we were able to meet this deadline.
The Commerce Team Global were able to work coherently with the TFG London Team based on their experience with the other TFG London brands. This meant that being selected as the agency of choice to implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and build this quickly was a no brainer for the group.
This was all successfully developed and soft launched within the 3-month timescale! This is where The Commerce Team Global can work as an extension of any team and support as required. As specialists in Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, we are the systems integrator of choice for TFG.
