2025: A Year Powered by People, Strengthened by Community and Advanced by Innovation

2025 was a year of change across the commerce landscape. Retailers looked for stability in a complex market, customers expected more personalised and connected experiences and technology evolved faster than ever. Throughout this shift our teams worked across regions and disciplines to help clients navigate new demands. We delivered projects at pace, strengthened platforms, shared knowledge through events and webinars and expanded the tools and capabilities that support modern retail.

What shaped 2025 was not only the work delivered but the way our people grew alongside it. Curiosity influenced how challenges were approached and opened space for new ideas. Collaboration strengthened every stage of delivery and created a sense of shared responsibility across regions and teams. Our community efforts reminded us of the purpose behind our work and the impact we can create beyond project deadlines. Innovation guided how we improved, how we solved problems and how we prepared clients for what came next. Together these elements formed a year built on progress that felt intentional, meaningful and rooted in collective growth.

These combined forces created a year with depth, progress and direction. They shaped an organisation that grew in skill, culture and confidence. This year’s wrap up does more than summarise achievements. It reflects how 2025 changed us and how the strength of our people, our community and our innovation shaped what we delivered and who we became.

The People Year

Our people shaped every achievement of 2025. Their expertise and resilience allowed us to deliver complex solutions while supporting clients through evolving retail conditions and technical demands. Every milestone this year reflects their commitment to quality, collaboration and continuous learning.

Teams across the UK, North Macedonia and India worked as one connected unit. Together they delivered more than 250 projects across global markets and supported over 75 active websites, ensuring performance, stability and improvement throughout the year. They adapted fast, learned new tools, shared knowledge across disciplines and approached challenges with a problem-solving mindset that strengthened trust and consistency across the organisation.

Professional development remained a defining focus. More than 8,000 hours were invested in training, development and upskilling. Our capability deepened with over 50 Salesforce certified engineers and developers spanning Architects, Administrators, B2B and B2C specialists. 10 team members advanced into Cloudinary expertise which strengthened our ability to deliver rich content experiences for clients. 20 colleagues completed Leadership and Management training which prepared our next generation of leaders and strengthened capability in others. Around 80% of our organisation completed Agent Blazer AI training which expanded our understanding of emerging AI capabilities. Alongside this internal development programmes and platform bootcamps continued to nurture talent and refine technical proficiency across the organisation.

This level of investment created real capability uplift as teams grew into specialist roles, cross market collaboration strengthened, and project delivery became more efficient. More importantly our culture deepened as people supported each other through demanding cycles, celebrated progress and worked with care. The spirit behind the work defined the people year. Growth became a collective movement rather than an individual effort and excellence became possible because our teams felt equipped, encouraged and connected.

The Community Year

Community shaped much of the meaning behind our year. It connected our work to something larger than delivery and reminded us of the responsibility we carry to support people, causes and environments across the regions we serve.

Across 2025 we contributed to initiatives that created a real local and global impact. We supported charities including Aphasia Support, Change Vadodara Camp, the Asha Neighbourhood Project, Everett Rovers U15 Community Football Club, the UK Mental Health Foundation, Movember and the Greener Earth Project. We also made donations to the Red Cross, Shelter and several grass roots organisations. Our teams volunteered more than 450 hours of time to various causes, and we continued our environmental commitment which has supported the planting of 1,701 trees since January 2022 around the world supporting areas of deforestation, loss of biodiversity and providing local people with jobs.

Knowledge sharing remained central to our role in the wider industry. Through more than 25 sessions delivered across events and webinars we shared insight on customer behaviour, digital transformation, AI growth and peak trading trends. These conversations strengthened partnerships and helped retailers navigate a rapidly changing landscape.

Wellbeing shaped our internal culture throughout the year. We held 5 health and wellbeing initiatives and took part in International Women’s Day and International Men’s Day which created space for awareness, learning and support among teams. Together these efforts showed that meaningful progress comes from caring for the communities we belong to and supporting the people who make our organisation stronger.

The Innovation Year

Innovation guided the direction of our technical work in 2025. As retailers adopted AI driven capabilities and looked for greater efficiency, our teams focused on creating solutions that supported contemporary commerce and strengthened the foundations our clients rely on.

Throughout the year we expanded our Labs function with 10 enhancements and new accelerator development projects designed to improve delivery speed and technical consistency. We introduced 3 Industry leading monitoring solutions that improved visibility and resilience across retail environments. We also delivered our first B2C Product Feed Cartridge and developed 15 additional Cartridges that will support future builds. Alongside this, 5 clients adopted new AI capabilities with our support, improving the customer experience. Our expertise continued to grow through training that included Scayle Commerce pathways, Shopify and advancements across Agentforce Commerce.

Innovation this year was defined by the way our teams' approached challenges. They tested ideas, refined processes and experimented with emerging technologies while exploring possibilities across platforms and evaluating which improvements would create the most value for clients. Innovation became part of our daily rhythm. It shaped how we think, how we collaborate and how we prepare clients for the future which moved us from improvement to progression and created the foundations for the next stage of our technical growth.

A Year Where Everything Connected

When looking at 2025, the connection between people, community and innovation becomes unmistakable. The dedication of our teams strengthened every project we delivered which elevated outcomes for clients and partners. Our community work reinforced a culture of care and responsibility that shaped how we collaborate and how we show up for each other. Innovation grew from the willingness of our people to learn, to experiment and to share knowledge which in turn positioned us to contribute confidently to wider industry conversations.

Each part of our organisation supported the others in a cycle that defined 2025. Skill created impact. Impact built confidence. Confidence encouraged deeper learning. Learning opened space for innovation which then strengthened the support we offered to clients and communities. This movement shaped our identity throughout the year and prepared us for meaningful progress in the years ahead.

Looking Ahead

2025 gave us clarity on who we are becoming as an organisation. We grew in capability, strengthened our purpose and built momentum across every area of our work. The lessons, progress and relationships formed throughout the year, now shape the foundations for what comes next.

We move into 2026 with confidence, with curiosity and with a deeper understanding of what it means to grow with intention.
