Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly hands-on Marketing Manager to drive marketing execution and support with delivery of our sales and marketing activity. This role focuses on supporting B2B demand generation, sales enablement and internal marketing communications and activity.

You’ll work closely with different teams within the business such as Labs, HR, Sales to turn capabilities into compelling marketing initiatives that supports business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & B2B Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate demand and engagement (LinkedIn, email, content, website)
  • Support outbound and inbound marketing initiatives aligned with sales goals
  • Set up and optimise landing pages, lead magnets and nurture flows

Hands-on Campaign Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (not just strategy)
  • Write and manage content including case studies, blogs, email campaigns and social posts across channels
  • Manage website updates and marketing assets (with support)

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Translate technical eCommerce products and service offering (Shopify, SFCC etc.) into clear, compelling content
  • Develop case studies, insight pieces and sales collateral
  • Support leadership in building LinkedIn presence and thought leadership

Internal Marketing & Communications

  • Drive internal marketing initiatives (newsletters, updates, wins, knowledge sharing etc)
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, HR and delivery teams
  • Improve consistency of messaging across teams

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Track campaign performance and pipeline contributions
  • Continuously test and optimise channels and messaging
  • Report on marketing impact in a clear, actionable way 

Essential Experience


Minimum 8+ years in marketing with strong B2B marketing experience (agency, SaaS, or services) 
•  Proven experience in hands-on execution
•  Commercially aware, sales enablement experience a plus
•  Background or understanding of eCommerce, digital agency or tech services preferred

 

Skills & Competencies


Core Skills

  • Strong execution ability across multiple channels (email, content, social) 
  • Excellent copywriting and content development skills 
  • Understanding of B2B marketing
  • Ability to translate technical services into clear value propositions 


Tools & Platforms

  • CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Zoho)  
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting tools) 
  • CMS and basic website management 
  • Training will be provided as required for tools and platforms

  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting into execution
  • Strong collaborator across sales, delivery and leadership

Desirable

  • Understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce & Shopify)
  • Exposure to international clients (UK/US markets)
  • Experience in a growing agency
  • Basic understanding of UX, CRO or web performance
