The Commerce Team (TCT) partnered with Vista to provide development and support across all brands using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA). There were a small number of brands on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, since the partnership The Commerce Team have migrated 21 brands from legacy platforms and systems on to the market leading commerce platform that is Salesforce. All brands were to be launched on the shared Salesforce realm. Once implemented The Commerce Team have been responsible for further enhancements and support


  • Legacy systems & data migration
  • Multiple vendors and 3rd party integrations
  • Co-ordination of multiple businesses on a shared multi brand realm with 21 sites
  • Combining SFRA upgrades during development & support cycles
  • Bespoke bespoke requirements by brand/business


TCT got to work on identifying existing pinch points and launching new sites on the Vista Master realm (21 sites in total) using Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA, this would provide efficiency and make challenges more identifiable to fix utilising a common framework architecture & core code.

TCT also integrated a number of key 3rd party software including:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud – email service provider
  • Yotpo – review and ratings
  • Braintree – payment service provider
  • Cybersource – payment service provider
  • Boomi – integration layer
  • Netsuite – OMS Order Management System
