Vista Outdoor is the former parent company of 41 world-famous sports and outdoor brands such as CamelBak, Giro, Bushnell, Bell Helmets, Copilot, Blackburn and Camp Chef, among many others.

The portfolio is now split into two segments, Revelyst and The Kinetic Group. The Commerce Team Global, after working with Vista on their digital transformation, is now supporting their realm split and transition during the change

Brief

With its multinational presence and product offering across diverse sports and outdoor segments, Vista needed an all-in-one solution to manage their multiple storefronts and significant amounts of data.

Challenges

  • Legacy systems and 3rd party integration caused fragmented data and operations.
  • Outdated shopping experience and high cart abandonment
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud realm split by brand

Our Solution

We identified gaps in their technology and operations and launched 21 sites on the Vista Master realm using Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA, improving efficiency through a shared framework and core code.

Since 2023, we’ve supported Vista’s brand separation, developed and launched the Revelyst website, and provided ongoing support.

Result

Vista increased operational efficiency by migrating 21 of their sites to an SFRA framework and improved checkout rates by enhancing their customer journey.
