Brief

CamelBak’s former parent company, Vista Outdoors, now part of Revelyst brands sought support across its 41-brand portfolio to enhance storefront management and operations using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

Challenges

  • Legacy systems and complex data migration
  • Splitting the site into two distinct offerings: Recreational and Tactical & Military
  • Coordinating site migration of 21 brands with bespoke requirements on a shared multi-brand realm

Our Solution

We migrated and launched 21 Vista brands (including Camelbak) onto the Vista Master Realm on SFCC, streamlining site management and simplifying issue resolution with a common framework architecture. Key third-party services, including Yotpo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, were also integrated to enhance the customer experience.

Result

We improved operational efficiency and established digital growth for the US market by migrating to an SFRA realm framework and enhancing site performance through third-party integrations.
